Ms. Tanuja, M.Sc. (Physics) and B.Ed, is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics. “Physics education is not only about understanding scientific laws, but also about developing logical thinking, analytical skills, and curiosity about how the universe works.” She holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and a Bachelor of Education from Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani, and brings strong academic knowledge along with teaching experience at both school and college levels. She has previously worked as a Physics Teacher at Choudhary Public Senior Secondary School, Jaipur, and as an Assistant Professor at Vedanta Girls P.G. College, Reengus (Sikar), and is currently serving at Prabhu Dhan Degree College, Bhorugram, where she actively contributes to teaching and student development. Her areas of specialization include Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Solid State Physics, and numerical problem solving, and her teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual understanding and explaining complex derivations in a simple and systematic manner. She believes that effective physics education should combine theoretical learning with practical laboratory demonstrations, and through interactive teaching methods and experiments, she encourages students to develop analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. In addition to teaching, she actively participates in institutional responsibilities as Coordinator of the Red Ribbon Club, Co-Coordinator of the NSS Programme, and as a member of the Cultural and Discipline Committees. She also regularly participates in faculty development programmes and academic training to enhance her teaching and research skills. As a faculty member, she remains committed to inspiring students, strengthening their scientific understanding, and preparing them for future academic and professional opportunities. “Scientific knowledge and curiosity together build the foundation for innovation and discovery.”
