Dr. Anil Kumar Saroj is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hindi at Prabhudhan Degree College, Bhorugram. “Hindi literature not only preserves our cultural heritage, but also develops language, values, and critical understanding of society and human life.” He holds a Ph.D. in Hindi from Nehru Gram Bharti University, Prayagraj, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Hindi from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), reflecting his strong academic background and research capability. With experience in higher education, he has previously served as Assistant Professor at Sri Ghanshyam Dubey PG College, Suriyawan, Bhadohi, before joining the present institution. He is dedicated to quality teaching and guiding students toward intellectual and personal growth through Hindi language and literature. His academic interests include Hindi literature, cultural studies, social thought, and literary discourse, and he has contributed through books, research publications, and seminar presentations on topics such as Dalit discourse, women’s social status, Indian culture, and language studies. He has also served as Editor of the Hindi magazine Prabhu Jyoti, showcasing his active involvement in literary activities. Dr. Saroj believes that language education plays a vital role in shaping communication, cultural awareness, and critical thinking, and his teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity and connecting classical and modern literature with contemporary issues. In addition to teaching and research, he regularly participates in faculty development programmes, seminars, and academic training, and is proficient in digital teaching tools that support interactive learning. As a faculty member, he remains committed to promoting the richness of Hindi language and literature while preparing students for academic excellence and responsible citizenship. “Language is the foundation of culture, expression, and intellectual growth.”
