Ms. Manisha, M.A. (English) and B.Ed, is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Prabhudhan Degree College, Bhorugram. “Language and literature education not only improves communication skills, but also inspires creativity, critical thinking, and personal growth.” She holds a Master of Arts in English from Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani, along with a Bachelor of Education from the same university, reflecting her strong academic background in literature and communication. At the college, she teaches literature, language, and communication to undergraduate and MBA students, focusing on improving communication skills, building confidence in expression, and developing a deeper understanding of literary concepts. Her teaching approach encourages active participation, interactive learning, and student engagement to enhance both academic performance and personal development. She believes that English education plays a vital role in shaping communication, analytical ability, and confidence among students, and through student-centered teaching methods, she creates a positive and engaging classroom environment. She possesses strong communication and presentation skills, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to motivate students effectively, and her interest in class activities and soft skills development helps her connect with students and support their overall growth.
