Mr. Gangaram is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Prabhudhan Degree College, Bhorugram. He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from MDS University, Ajmer, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from MGS University, Bikaner, and has also qualified SLET through RPSC, reflecting his strong academic competence and commitment to higher education. With several years of teaching experience, he has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Tagore Gramothan Degree College, Ratanpura, Rajgarh, and Mrs. Helena Kaushik Women PG College, Malsisar, Jhunjhunu, before joining the present institution in 2017. His teaching approach focuses on clear explanation of concepts, student engagement, and encouraging learners to think critically about political systems, social issues, and civic responsibility, while also promoting discipline and ethical values among students. He is known for his strong communication, presentation, classroom management, and motivational skills, which help create a positive and effective learning environment. In addition to teaching, Mr. Gangaram has actively contributed to social and developmental initiatives, including his role as Coordinator for Aapni Yojna, where he worked on water conservation, rainwater harvesting, and community awareness. He has also been associated with rural development activities through Sath Gramin Vikas Sodh Sansthan and contributed to the rehabilitation and education of underprivileged child labourers through Swami Vivekanand Sikshan Sansthan, reflecting his dedication to social responsibility. At the college, he plays an active role as NSS Coordinator, Discipline Committee Member, and Sports Committee Member, contributing to both academic and co-curricular development. He remains committed to promoting academic excellence, student growth, and responsible citizenship, believing that political science education builds awareness, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility toward society and the nation.
