Ms. Neha Singh, MBA (Foreign Trade), B.Tech (Biotechnology), and UGC-NET qualified, is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Prabhudhan Degree College. “Management education empowers students with leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic global environment.” She holds an MBA in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University, and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, reflecting her strong academic background. At the college, she teaches subjects such as Fundamentals of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, and Human Values for the MBA programme, and also serves as the Coordinator of the MBA Programme, contributing actively to academic administration. Before joining the institution, she worked as an Academic Associate in Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, where she assisted in teaching, research, and academic coordination, and also gained industry experience as an Operations Executive at ASR Express Pvt. Ltd. Her teaching approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights through interactive learning, case discussions, and analytical thinking to develop leadership and managerial skills among students. She possesses strong organisational, communication, and analytical abilities, along with proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms. In addition to her academic work, she is also a published author of the book “Chhatri” (2024) and has received recognitions including the Prime Minister Scholarship and the BHU Medal of merit.
